A lot of us are breathing in contaminated air on a daily basis.

When I was called out to this home in particular, the homeowner was expressing that they were having some sort of a respiratory issue. They have a young child as well.
When you think mold, you think “colonized mold”—that’s mold.
But what most people are not thinking about is that mold releases spores, and it can also release a toxic substance called a mycotoxin.
So if it’s infiltrated the AC system, you can be breathing it in for seven to eight hours at night, and the rest of the time that you’re home.
And you don’t even know about it.
Mold professionals are not allowed to open up the HVAC system, by law.
So in order to basically handle this, I created two companies: A mold company and a company that has the AC license.
That is Real Duct Cleaning, that’s the other company that we basically combine efforts with to ensure that at the end of the day, that home is as safe and healthy as possible.
The first thing is, we’re going to address the AC system.
So of course, that includes containment just to make sure that anything that we are cleaning up that’s going to get disturbed, isn’t going to cross-contaminate the room that the actual AC is located.
That’s number one.
Then, two, we’re going to clean the blower wheel, we’re going to clean the coils, we’re going to clean the actual box that the AC sits on that connects it to the ducts.
We’re going to brush the ducts, then we’re going to sanitize the ducts.
We’re going to encapsulate it with a fiber-lock antimicrobial paint.
And then we’re going to do a whole-home sanitization, where we basically create a purification cloud in the home.
It’s safe for kids, and it’s safe for pets.
It’s the only thing that we’re going to use at Mold Solutions; products that I would use in my own home, with my kids, and with my dog.
And it’s basically a positive pressure system. You want that atomized sanitization in that product to push into all the nooks and crannies, just like mold spores would.
All while we have the proper equipment going: We have Air Scrubbers going with HEPA filters, and by the time that’s done, the family is going to experience a tremendous difference in their air quality.
