Sand Key Beach is the perfect place to host a wedding or festive event. Its white sugar-sand beach, stunning sunsets, and emerald water make it a beautiful venue. Whether you’re coming by car, cruise ship, or plane, Sand Key Park has something to offer you.

This beach is a favorite among families and couples. It is 2.5 miles long, offering plenty of space to stretch out and enjoy the sun. You’ll also find pier 60 and the neighboring Beach Walk. You can also find great restaurants and shops along the shoreline.

Dog park

The dog park at Sand Key Park is a wonderful place to walk your pup on a leash. The park is located near the beach in Clearwater, FL. Clearwater is a beautiful area in Florida with beautiful white sand beaches and tons of tourism. You can also look for dolphins swimming nearby.

The dog park is fenced and has many amenities for you and your dog. There is also a watering station and tennis balls for dogs to play with. Another great feature of this dog park is the proximity to the beach and sea turtle nests. No matter what type of dog you have, there is always a place to play for you and your dog.

The Sand Key Dog Park also has plenty of parking. You can either pay per hour or buy an all-day pass for $5. The latter is better value if you plan on staying the entire day. On our visit, the big dogs section of the dog park was mostly empty. We only saw one other dog with two people who were cleaning up after the others. The park has a water station, but there isn’t much shade. Learn More about Largo here.

Playground

There are also public restrooms, and free beach wheelchairs. You can walk over to the beachfront, but it’s a bit of a hike.
